ParticipantWell, I think it has nothing to do with the property law. If the houses were sold “illegally” i.e. extremely cheap, to relatives of the developer, etc., creditors may go after the houses after going through court.
I am not a lawyer and above statement just my personal B.S.

ParticipantWell, I think it has nothing to do with the property law. If the houses were sold “illegally” i.e. extremely cheap, to relatives of the developer, etc., creditors may go after the houses after going through court.
