ParticipantI bought a new truck last year from dealer.. the dealer offered me 13k for my old one (which was paid off). I said no, went home posted it on Craigslist and took a nap.
20 minutes into my nap my cell phone rang, picked it up, guy said can I come look at it, I say yeah.. I go back to sleep thinking it was not a strong lead or something he didn’t seem serious. About 1 hour later I hear someone knocking on the door.. I show him the truck he gives me $21000 cash and we’re done. Craigslist!!

ParticipantI have a question.. if a few major banks go under, and there are a 5 million people with 100k.. wouldn’t that be highly inflationary? Like here we printed you all new money, but it’s only worth $50k now, thanks for helping us out!

Last thing we need is war with Iran.. let Israel deal with their own problems. If they’re in a hostile place, then move away or deal with it. I think war with Iran will be the politicians excuse as to why our economy is in shambles.

Say an old structure with absestos or something else. I know someone that bought a place and had to spend 60k to have a crew come in and clean out the toxic stuff.
