europacific in Oceanside/Vista is another. Used to know owner, not sure if he still owns it – but smaller shop than the others. Not making a recommendation, but maybe a spot to get a quote see their work.

After renting here for a year, and trying to find rentals, I don’t know where else better I’d pick if I wanted to become a landlord. Actually kind of hard to find places to rent as well.. I think there must be some rent assistance propping rent prices up/changing your usual dynamic.
