ParticipantCAR, I don’t think you can ever “forget” about housing price. Especially if you still visit here (speaking from 1st hand experience :-)). That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your house though.

Nope, they didn’t “discover” build-able land. I assume when you say “discover” build-able land, you mean it wasn’t build-able there before. So, please do tell, was there buildings there before? If so, wasn’t it build-able already?an
