ParticipantMost of east of Camino Ruiz is older homes built in the 70s. Most of them are smaller 3/2 and 4/2 between 1100-1600 sq-ft single story. There are two 2 stories floor plan (2100 and 2200 sq-ft) also built in the 70s. You have to check them out but the floor plan felt strange to me. There’s a little cul-de-sac in the North East corner of Camino Ruiz and Calle Cristobal that’s the same development as the North West and South West corner of that intersection.
What’s CS? You have to be a little more specific in what kind of housing you’re looking for. There are 4 different development South of CC, North of Sandburg, West of Camino Ruiz, and East of Camino Santa Fe. They have different feel and age.

Participant
North vs South Calle Cristobal ?
hi fellow piggs, I try to understand the price different ( >$100k ) between N & S of Calle Cristobal. Is it because the North-side has newer and larger Sq. Ft.?
Thanks
Where south of Calle Cristobal? There are several developments there. In the very eastern part of Calle Cristobal, there’s a development that span north and south of Calle Cristobal and they’re priced about the same. North Calle Cristobal has canyon view lots while South does not.an
