NP, I don’t live in CV, so I don’t have any dog in this fight. However, I understand the draw and why some people would give this area the premium it has. You might not care about the 10% but those who buy in CV and give CV its premium does. LS has its own draw, and that’s why it has similar premium as CV. It just draw different crowd.an

Liberty Station is far from a lot of the high tech jobs (SV/CV/UTC areas). So, put it simply, if you’re an engineering couple working in SV/CV/UTC area and want top schools, w/in 15 minutes from work, new and clean area. Liberty Station is definitely not on your radar.
