Oh man, I feel sorry for Melania.
I’m pretty sure the feelings would be mutual, if she knew who you were ;p

Of course. That is why they are called White.allParticipantOr he really is just a Clinton plant.

boxing, fencing, track&fields, shooting, etc.

Lao Tzu wrote about it – rhythmic movements will hypnotize the enemy during your synchronized amphibious assault.

Your last sentence is a little foreboding … do you think there are bigger issues we’re going to face owning in RPQ??
Sorry, missed the post.
Nothing specific regarding Penasquitos. I just assumed it will take some time for the bond issue to require action. Job loss, wildfire, drought, earthquake, another kid… all can happen sooner and cost more.allParticipantThe issue is related to non-MR area schools wanting MR-level facilities. You are not safe anywhere within PUSD, but being outside MR area likely increases the risk.
Either way, it is a minor issue. You will most certainly face much bigger issues before PUSD bond becomes your problem.June 24, 2016 at 2:19 PM in reply to: The Donald Trump, Illegal Alien, Foreigner, Immigrant Bitch and Moan Thread #799043allParticipantScottish Borders is as cosmopolitan as Northumberland. You could just as easily argue Catholics and Muslims voting in, Protestants voting out.
Either way, a finger to the ruling class is likely preferred to chopped heads, by plebs and patricians alike.allParticipantAimLoan has 3.25% with no points, but there are closing costs.
They show 10/1 adjustable at higher rate than 10 or 15 year fixed.allParticipantIt must be calculated. How many people who would actually vote for Trump were turned off by his comments regarding the judge? He can’t win by being PC. He will try to win by drawing in people who usually don’t vote.
There has to be a lot of people who voted American Idol and did not vote for either Obama or Romney. If Trump gets large % of ‘his team’ (and he will) and enough reality TV voters he might pull it off.allParticipant
Why do people expect Hillary to divorce?

allParticipant+1 for HLS. I did few refi’s through him. One was with Provident – they had the best rate, but required more paperwork than others. AimLoan also worked well for me.

Somebody can’t create an import export company that buys drugs for fractions of the price in India and then opens a pharmacy here.
Thank god. As much as people like to take their lives into their own hands buying drugs in Mexico, the simple fact is many countries don’t have the same rigorous chain of custody requirements for drug products the US has. For something in a pressed pill format (i.e. viagara) this is less of an issue than for things like IV drugs that have requirements for storage.Even for pills chain of custody is important to ensure you’re getting what you think you’re getting. Bear in mind that something like half of imported olive oil is fake. If your “olive oil” is actually a cheaper oil… no big deal, right? But if your medicine isn’t what it’s supposed to be? That’s a huge issue.
Maybe Norway, or England?

allParticipantVRBO is HomeAway property. Airbnb is smaller, independent player.
VRBO is more expensive for property owners. Maybe the owner is finding clients primarily through Airbnb or Craigslist, but also updating availability on VRBO?
allParticipant
Bump and wanted to see what people are now paying for home coverage…
From looking at my policy, the coverage is a lot more expensive than back in 2009. That’s probably to be expected, but does it really cost over $200/sqft now to rebuild a house in San Diego?
From looking at new and old $/sqft search, it seems like this seems to be the correct price while it was about $130 back in 2010 or so (some graphs seem to end there for some reason).
What are people seeing in insurance premiums now? We are near $2k/year for guaranteed replacement cost…over 3k+ sqft track home in 4S.
50% increase over 2010 sound plausible. The cost of skilled labor is up by that much and materials went up more than 50% – lumber is double what it was in 2008-2009.
Just look around you – in 2009 you had several units in development within 5 miles of 4S. Must be more than 200 today.
