Participant
Then, what do you guys think about the price right now?
The location is not good (busy side street, significant school traffic, especially in the afternoon) and the house is stripped. Which would make difference 2-3 years ago.

Then, there is the investor-buyer cohort, which I believe is about 32% of all buyers (the vast majority paying all-cash).No charts or published facts to go on, all just my own opinions.
It’s ok to be exact while having no data to back results – the study shows that 89% of all study results are made up anyways.

Participant
desmond, I don’t think paramount needs to worry about whether the property he’s selling is his “official residence,” or not. Any Pigg tax people correct me if I’m wrong, but he would have to make a least a $250K profit upon sale over the price he paid for each house in order to need an “official residence.”

ParticipantI believe 75% is still the number you have to hit in order to qualify for the best rate.
Call Sheldon, he might not have the best rates but he can tell you what the current requirements are.

Participant
And, even if I had my kid living with me (currently in HS), I won’t be bothering to check the Megan’s Law website to check a listing I’m placing an offer on. Why? Because I don’t care and neither does my kid! A PC 290 registrant can be living across the street with a telescope in their window and it won’t bother me a bit.
Is that because convicted sex offenders don’t leave their toys on sidewalk?

What is the purpose of them, then? You don’t get paid for being “annoying.”
Boost the search engine reputation of the linked page for targeted keywords. When someone goes on google to search for foreclosure auction google will return the promoted website beacause it received links from reputable sources.

LOL…
Board spam posts are usually generated in order to trick search engines. You start with few paragraphs, mark words that will be varied, optionally add alternatives and click the go button. The software will then create email accounts (assuming you did not already purchase those), create profiles, post articles, generate hub pages… The owner does not really expect you to read the article and purchase the product based on what you just read.

So you think we will be able to buy SD property with Bitcoins? If so I am in the wrong biz, I need to start mining bitcoins.
You are likely late to that game. Planting bitcoin miner via malware is not new, but it has exploded in the past few days. The supply has to be going up quickly. On the other hand the number of coins that can be mined is finite, so your personal production might still be worth something when the limit is hit.

ParticipantWRT PUSD bond – the bond is issued because non-MR areas wanted MR-level schools. It was voted for and it is supposed to be paid for by people who do not live in mello-roos areas. Of course the things can get complicated, but it still makes more sense than federal taxpayers paying $180K to elevate a house in Norfolk, VA.

Participant
If I owned any kind of property at all within the PUSD, whether residential, multifamily or commercial, I would be listing it for sale NOW, in hopes I could unload it before the SHTF.
But you do not own any kind of property within the PUSD, so it’s all right.

all, I don’t care what you saw on the Megan’s Law website when you decided to purchase your house.
