I stopped by the sales office today – they actually increased the prices to $688,990-$729,990 with $30K incentive for the final release. I guess nothing is impossible, but getting that down to low-mid 500’s sounds like quite a task.

There is also a listing on Silver Pine, asking for $624-$650K.If you are not asking me then never mind 🙂

allParticipantThere is an short sale in that neighborhood approved at $625,000. With 20% down payment and approx. $1,100/month in taxes monthly PITI would be around $4,200, right? I could afford that today, but that is only 15% off the peak.
What would you consider a good deal on these?
