The price paid relative to the current and active comps just doesnt make sense. 50% down on this condo is that how the bank allowed this? The units in this complex are a dime a dozen why would any buyer overpay by so much? These units are far from unique properties.

Citibank just raised our CC limit. #436414akbarpunjabiParticipantI love Citi they gave me 0 percent for a year. $100 gift card to Ruths Chris just for signing up. Plus I get a $100 gift card everytime I rack up 10,000 thank you points. So far I paid them $0 in interest, gotten $300 in free Ruths Chris. And I earned 4% interest on the balance I carried until I recently paid it off before the 0% promo ended. So far so good I’m up about $600 in gift cards and interest over the past 15 months.

akbarpunjabiParticipantThe comments regarding being able to reach the ground with both feet flat is 100% true. I lowered my last bike with an adjustable lowering link and the difference was night and day. I’m 5’6 also and find it funny that so many people are as short as I am.
