Of course it’s better to have the loan assumed by an eligible veteran as this restores your own eligibility for future reuse.

ParticipantAh yes, north of Olive near the “gun” streets (Remington, Winchester, etc.) And whaddya know, the model homes are showing up on Google Maps already.
I think it’s a pleasant enough location, quiet, nice climate … just that the houses are twice the size of anything else in the neighborhood.
