Sarcastic comments aside, I really do think the project seems nice and I’m astonished to see anyone building on a 10K SF lot in this day and age.
Just one question for home builders in general, not specific to this development … Why build a 2800+ sf house and put in a downstairs bath the size of an airplane lavatory? Old folks, people with disabilities, big-boned people, etc. … they might all appreciate a bit of elbow room!
