When we (the Tea party) are in power we have some pressing issues to address immediately. One of the more vexing problems is how to contain and roll back liberalism. Liberalism is a true cancer on the moral fiber of this great country. The problem of the “international liberal” is pervasive. It has become clear that a form of soft segregation may be required to ensure the corruption influence of the “international liberal” does not poison the god-fearing people of this great county. The “international liberal” can usually be identified by their clothing and choice of car. A Toyota Prius is a car favored by the “international liberal”. In addition, other identifiers include distinct pachouli and/or weed smell that permeates their musty frumpled clothes. They tend to congregate at major universities with especially high concentrations in the Women’s Study, Journalism and English departments. These are fertile recruiting grounds where they poison the minds of our youth. A modest proposal of separate but equal citizenship for the “international liberal” will be the best course for our country. To ensure minimal interaction with the general population and identify themselves, we propose a “peace” symbol be worn on the right chest of all liberals. Separate education, religious, cultural institutions with proper controls and oversight will enable the “international liberals” to live their way of life without impacting the rest of the population. They can pursue their goals and dreams. Their hard work will set them free.
Anyhow, just a modest proposal.

ParticipantBPs first quarter 2010 results
Profit for the period (in millions): $6,079
That’s $66 million per day in profit. That dwarfs the estimated $16 million per day the spill is costing them. No doubt that number will go up, but will it go up over $66 million per day? I think BP will be alright…
