If work/money/whatever gets in the way, shorter but more frequent trips can accomplish the same thing. I generally try to take 1 big trip per year, with lots of smaller 2-5 day trips sprinkled throughout the rest of the year. I’d be a psychopath if I didn’t get my regular mind reboots.

It’s quite simple. Get a multi-track recorder and lay down about 30 tracks of you and your friends screaming very loudly.
