Participant
Why call this one guy out? Why call out this one TV network?
Did you even watch the interview, or the week of segments leading up to it, both from Stewart and Cramer? It is not my (or our) job to spoon-feed you the context. If you’re too lazy to research what you’re commenting on, you’re guilty of the exact same thing that Stewart is calling out here.

ParticipantDon’t forget this blast from the past: John Stewart on Crossfire.
The reason why these people just sit there and take it is because they’ve got nothing to say.

Participant
Stewart is a comedian. I hate how he pretends to know about the stock market and politics. He’s witty and quick with words but knows nothing.
It’s easy to blow him off as a “comedian” but it says a lot when a “comedy” show asks more important questions than the “news” shows out there. It’s no wonder why the younger generations get their news from Stewart and Colbert rather than Blitzer, Williams, or Couric.
Stewart may “know nothing,” but at least he has the balls to ask the questions to rectify his know-nothingness.
