ParticipantGood luck Schizo. I think you have a lot of it right, but I think I will continue to wait. I am not trying to time the bottom, I just think when all the stars properly align, there will be even better deals, lower prices and more inventory to choose from. Because it is an election year, there will probably be a lot more tinkering that could continue to change the real estate landscape.
