The problem they are having is that whatever agency assisted him in this purchase greatly underestimated the trajectory of the market downward which caused him to overpay for the house. Maybe the same agency who helped him buy the house can either help him refinance his purchase or get it reassessed. I do not think they meant to defame him for his work ethic or his ethnicity. There are plenty of self-made men and women on Piggington’s who believe in the American dream, as you obviously do.
