ParticipantI agree. I have liked most of King’s books, but never read the Dark Tower series. I was even reading his serialized online book called the Plant, and then he stopped writing it. His books have changed a little since his accident. I think he is dealing with the damage that was done through them. I really enjoyed Salem’s Lot, but it is old and should only be read on a sunny day and not late at night.

ParticipantAnd, yes, I agree with more drilling and using our own resources rather than making our enemies richer. I would prefer a technological break through that would create a cleaner, safer fuel that has less impact on the environment, but everyone seems opposed to nukes.

ParticipantThese are not normal times and I guess they can always turn around and take you to court, if they feel they have been wronged. With your record of great upkeep and paying to maintain the house, I think you should be in good shape. Keep your receipts and make some kind of video recording of the shape you are leaving the house, just to document the condition you left it in. For the record, I am not an attorney and I would like some of them to weigh in on this discussion.
