    I think you will see the trend especially if the quality of health care is comparable and the price is the same or lower to the U.S. of retired people leaving for a lower cost of living. With labor costs lower in so many other countries I would expect developers to start buying up large areas to develop for the retiring baby boomers sooner than later.

    I would think any jail time would be limited and maybe even probation and restitution. Good luck collecting that.
