ParticipantI think part of the reason for some of the political bickering is certainly boredom. The economy is stuck. It is not football season. Housing is kind of in the doldrums. It is not like when Rich started this as the Paul Revere of the real estate market warning would be buyers, that “Yes, Virginia, real estate prices do go down.” You know how kids on long trips are, they start poking each other and then the parents have to slap them around to get them to behave. We are waiting for the other shoe to drop!

ParticipantThat would be a real game changer and I am sure would change real estate for the worse. I suspect the very wealthy do not make house payments. I think they should bring some of the military back from Europe and let Europe pay for their own army. That’s a place to start.
