ParticipantSome great stuff so far. I did not even think about empty HOA pools. The thought about renting instead is valid, but we want to own. In regard to amenities, all I need is parking. Public cuzzi’s scare me, and I think I would just get a 24hr fitness membership if one exist down there. I am all about location and the quality of the actual unit. Thanks for the suggestions about the buildings. I will take a look.

2010-11 sounds a bit bearish to me. My guess is 2009 Jan will see the bottom and then go flat until things catch up.
