ParticipantSo the bottom line is 4S Ranch those listings are not really listings and not selling though the offers made. What might be the reason? perhaps those lenders might be still thinking Housing turn may happens again ???? soon

If it ends in 2 years then it will back be in 9 months.
If it ends in 3 years slowly….n gradually …. I don’t think the word can appear soon.
Never read predictions – just look at history and past, how soon we lingered with this back on our back after that dirty 17 times slam of interest rates.
