Participant
on the albertson side…does that make a difference?
Yes – on the Albertson side ..kind of OK but on the other side already Intuit high buildings covered the entire place and there is another Kilroy builders need to dig earth any time. Honestly that area is the first quick downfall (already fewer homes slide a lot) and price slide, eventually no one likes to live there in fewer neighbourhoods where you can’t have a place to stop your car infront of the road where your house resides.

Participant
I don’t know. It’s a good idea in theory. But I’m not sure if that keeps people who would otherwise default (because they’re too far underwater to want to stay) wanting to stay in their homes.
But, I don’t know.
Exactly – no one know what the current happenings is a good idea or end up with much worst?. I never thought past fewer bad implementations would result this much confusion to us. Blame it on ??

So when I say needs help, we need more trustee sales to occur. That process needs to go unfettered. No moratoriums, no more legislation that slows down the process, no forced loan mods, just let it go naturally man.
SD Realtor, Excellent and you said well- sure the mo mo is on the way but Fed is trying to delay – but howlong?…and at what cost they fix this? and it will be another laiddown steps for next big recession or downturn economy already due to the way they chose- eventually we are the losers on the other side by sacrificing much of our Tax money for all these!!
