The logic is that people will go look at a house if the price is within the range… and then they fall in love with it and bid it up. The sellers are gambling that a bidding war will drive the price higher than the listing price.
Is there any way that we can also know how many offers are existing and what is the highest bid etc?

Participant
Yes, I have noticed some enticing lower offerings and when I called there were 30 offers on the property. This has been happening for about the past month.
Well if they have plenty of offers I don’t understand the logic in lowering the listed price. Does it looks like confusing? What I am suspecious is the next news would be worst with unemployment spread and eventually FED would give up slowly to care more on housing as they need to gear up on how to provide or increase more employment ONLY

Participant
I’m loving my American Express savings account at 2.75%. It’s tied to my ‘One’ credit card that deposits 1% of all purchases into the savings account…and you can add to the savings account as you wish.
That’s right…2.75% savings account.
How long these interest rates they keep. As per terms and conditions it is stated they can change or alter their interest rates. Do they increase or decrease these rates in general?
