    I forgot to mention our builder was William Lyons and they did follow through after we wrote in a letter.

    I can’t believe that the builder would not give them back their deposit. We went though something similar last year and while at first they did not want to give us the deposit back, after writing a letter to the corporate office, we received our full deposit back. Would you mind letting us know which builder is doing this?

    I can’t believe that the builder would not give them back their deposit. We went though something similar last year and while at first they did not want to give us the deposit back, after writing a letter to the corporate office, we received our full deposit back. Would you mind letting us know which builder is doing this?
