ParticipantI envy him to some degree – I have had the goal of leaving this forum for several months now but keep coming back – it really is a waste of time – we all have our own opinions and get defensive when anybody suggests that our opinions are wrong or ill-founded
San Diego’s market won’t bottom prior to 2012 and yet we spend our time on this blog arguing about whether the bottom has occurred in T.V. and asking when the cracks will occur in the coastal market

San Diego’s market won’t bottom prior to 2012 and yet we spend our time on this blog arguing about whether the bottom has occurred in T.V. and asking when the cracks will occur in the coastal market
