Lol!… Did you get any
1)Lolex or Amega watches?
2)Gachi or Vouis Luitton or Cauch handbags?
3)Arm-on-e Suits? If you paid 200 for that knife set, you probably got ripped off. You usually can get things for 1/3 of what folks are asking for on the street. Before you think how cheap it would be for 200/3 Yuan, just remember. That knife set will probably last you exactly 2 uses before the handle falls of or it rusts….
Wanted to buy a bit of everything, but couldn’t think how to get past airport security looking like a cross between Gordon Ramsay and Rambo.

34f3f3fParticipantWho gives a f*** frankly. A news story picks a juicy tit bit and runs with it. Kids going ‘political’, patriotic, whatever. Most likely prompted by xenophobic parents. The school took a decision based on maintaining order, and keeping the peace, and it should be respected. End of story. However, as a complete outsider, with no patriotic feelings, or immigration axes to grind, I find the whole Mexican immigration question puzzling. Is breaking the law about shades of gray (no color implications intended)? Even more puzzling is Mexican claims on land rights, which seem more cemented in colonial infractures than real merit. The politics of race needs to be less transparent to be effective.

34f3f3fParticipantInteresting comments coming from Redfin this morning.
“Generally in the past few months, Redfin’s traffic has enjoyed double-digit percentage-point gains in traffic. But if you compare traffic on Monday, April 26, before the credit expired, to Monday, May 3, after the credit expired, the difference is stark and uniform: an 8% drop in one week.”
