Zillow Mash-up

I just stumbled on a blog that shows regional variation of price changes as measured by Zillow. It pretty much follows what you’d expect, but it’s cool to see it laid out graphically. I know individual zestimates are poor, but the regional annual price changes shown here seem pretty reasonable to me.

Ugh don’t remind me, zillow!. Although I’m all for a housing correction I’m also a homeowner and often wonder why I didn’t sell in ’04. Oh well! At least I bought in ’98.
