    Am curious to know whether anyone else has noticed that:

    1) Cyberhomes hasn’t updated any home values since like Marcho 2009 or so

    and

    2) Zillow is updating home values almost daily. As in, for one property address each day a new value.

    Any insights? I presume Zillow is tweaking their algorithm or something…

    For most homes I look at, Zillow’s estimate usually seems a little on the high side. Especially recently. Eppraisal http://www.eppraisal.com numbers seem a bit more realistic.
