Well, the FB make me sick. They ran the price of real estate to unrealistic highs and made it impossible for me to purchase a house unless I took out a 5 YIT ARM, which I’m not insane enough to do.
And who was the one laughing? The FB were going on about all the money they were making and how much equity they pulled, driving around in the fancy cars and taking trips and buying this and that, laughing at me, the “poor” apartment renter.
And I would say, the r.e. market is not sustainable. These prices make no sense. And even more people laughed at me and told me if I don’t buy a studio for 500k I’ll never be able to buy b/c everyone wants to live here and prices are going to up to infinity and beyond.
