How about one bottle for me? (just joking)
I called many places including the winary today after reading the post. No luck. All shops contacted sold out their last bottle.
If anyone knows how to get hold of this wine, please let me know. thanks in advance.

Last week, we opened a bottle of Quilceda Creek red 2005. It has its tipical excellent combination of complexity and delicate characters in smell and taste. Another bottle we had last week was 2003 Pride mountain petite syrah. It offers a lasting mid palate full of various dark fruits accompanied with a balanced amount of coca and tonic at the finish. It went amazingly well with dark chocolates.

I am so curious about this 2005 columbia crest reserve cab…

I’m enjoying a glass of Edmeades Zin while perusing this thread and I have concluded that red wine is actually one of the food groups and should be included in the USDA pyramid.

My most recent personal favorite from Costco is the Stark-Conde Twin Peak Vineyards 2005 Cab. I tried a bottle, purchased the remaining 6 bottles at Costco, drank my way through 2 bottles with my sister and my daughter, groaned when hubby opened a bottle for casual guests w/ minimal wine experience and then gave them a bottle to take home, and now am zealously guarding the remaining 2 bottles.

The ribs were awesome and my boy took care of business on the field tonite. The only thing that made it better was two voicemails confirming acceptances on a couple listings. 2009 is shaping up to be the year I’ve been waiting for. Now all I need is that Super Bowl ring I’ve been waiting for all my life.
