This is overpriced. However, its location looks like the end of Meade on a dead end street, so traffic would be minimal. Did you notice that the bedroom did not even have a closet? I wonder what it will sell for.

Yeah, no closet. The bedroom is about the size of a closet. Place is so small you’d bump into yourself.

Looks like you’d have to put your feet in the bathtub when you’re sitting on the toilet. Not much legroom there at all!

They did manage to squeeze quite a bit into such a small space, though. It’s a cute house.

The Meade house is wild not because of the ppsf but because its a 1BR/1BA. When a house is that small the ppsf will always seem crazy because of all the fixed costs that are amortized into such a small size. It does look like a nice little house in a cool location but with 1BR and 1BA and no room to grow its got limited appeal.
