ParticipantYeah, no closet. The bedroom is about the size of a closet. Place is so small you’d bump into yourself.

Participant
I came across this one and I consider it a wild price. 1139 Meade. Now, while 350k is probably considered affordable for a house in San Diego, and certainly in 92116, I find that PPSF: $628 is offensive for a 1/1 on a microscopic lot the kind you’d see in Mission Beach. This does not back a canyon. Oh, in the hope to not have flippers defending themselves, it just so happens to be a flip. Bought Apr 15, 2010 for 200k. It has the SS and granite and new paint, of course.
Looks like you’d have to put your feet in the bathtub when you’re sitting on the toilet. Not much legroom there at all!
They did manage to squeeze quite a bit into such a small space, though. It’s a cute house.

ParticipantThe Meade house is wild not because of the ppsf but because its a 1BR/1BA. When a house is that small the ppsf will always seem crazy because of all the fixed costs that are amortized into such a small size. It does look like a nice little house in a cool location but with 1BR and 1BA and no room to grow its got limited appeal.
