I came across this one and I consider it a wild price. 1139 Meade. Now, while 350k is probably considered affordable for a house in San Diego, and certainly in 92116, I find that PPSF: $628 is offensive for a 1/1 on a microscopic lot the kind you’d see in Mission Beach. This does not back a canyon. Oh, in the hope to not have flippers defending themselves, it just so happens to be a flip. Bought Apr 15, 2010 for 200k. It has the SS and granite and new paint, of course.

This is overpriced. However, its location looks like the end of Meade on a dead end street, so traffic would be minimal. Did you notice that the bedroom did not even have a closet? I wonder what it will sell for.
