I think it’s the other way around… If I was “The Powers That Be” and someone put up a site like Wikileaks, I’d do everything I could to discredit them. Why I’d accuse their founder of rape or other sexual misbehavior. (Check) I’d spread stories about how these leaks are criminal. (Check) And most importantly, I’d claim that they were just a propaganda tool of my enemies. Glad to see you helping out with that Rustico.

Definitely agree on the cicus part, XBB. Wikileaks info is definitely being spun into propaganda by the others, whether it is a directly complicit tool in spinning, or not. I vote it is.
