Why do people even try to sell something like this for such a ridiculous price? It’s a high-traffic area, a small lot, an old house, half-finished, no appliances, no flooring, in an undesirable area. Asking $650k.
Why do REAs even agree to listing a place like this? Shouldn’t the REA at least try to reason with the seller? Now is the time for REAs to do some PR and fix their industry’s tattered reputation: REFUSE TO LIST THE LUDICROUS. Has a nice ring, doesn’t it?
