ParticipantI second SDR and AN, except for “jobs, jobs, jobs.” The “jobs” seem to be located in abundance only in certain pockets. Other pockets seem to be primarily retirement areas.
Not sure of this, but possibly less inventory available than cities in other states because of retirees staying put due to prop 13 eligibility.
The above applies to ALL desirable areas of CA.
