the best years of my life were spent in PB….Walking to the beach, parties with many young ladies in abundance…( i get all nostalgic when I drive thru PB and see the parties with the people spilling out on to the lawns with everyone holding those red plastic cups no doubt laced with mucho ETOH!!
maybe I should move back!….I suppose there is a babe and beach premium although the houses are pretty dumpy…..

I think eventually we’ll be back to 2002 prices along the coast. Everyone can say what they will on that, but people buying on the coast still have to take out a loan for the most part and the lending standards are going to be just as tight on the coast as they are inland.
