Crap but in my price range.
– La Mesa
– Allied Gardens
Crap? Have you spent much time in these neighborhoods? Talk about sweet spots. I guess for a lot of folks, much of San Diego is “Undiscovered Country.” . . .
Yeah, protorio, I’ll bet there are still a couple of fixers left in LM Village. Need A/C there but the walkable lifestyle is awesome! H@ll, it could even be compared to a hotter Placerville on a smaller scale . . . lol!!
I’ll drink my boxed cocktail under the “shade” of a 100+ year old date tree any day while watching the red trolleys zip thru every 15 mins!!!

we probably would have put an offer in on this one if I knew it would go for 364k when it was listed at 455k. Freaking awesome! Who wouldn’t want to live on a boulder. If the kid doesn’t make it to his 6th birthday, it is his fault.
I do hope this trend continues so that I can come happily back, instead of begrudgingly!

I wonder if the bones were good for that price, but man it is sweet!
Wow. Cool house. I love it, too. But I have to say, that one looks haunted. LOL.
