Participanti’d say the value of money might be less important going forward than people’s sense of confidence that they can continue to earn some of it. in addiiton to measuring “consumer confidence”, why don’t they measure ior rename it “earning confidence”? it assumes that earner’s will all be consuming.

The Doom and Gloom will ease someday (hopefully soon) but in the mean time try to save some of these great one liners, they do provide some comic relief.
