ParticipantI am not anti-blue collar worker or labor. I do have a bias against unions since they have done their parts in destroying airlines, auto industries. Of course look at what government employees will do to the government finances in the future.

ParticipantI look at it a little bit like having a cold. Yeah it sucks that you’ve got to sit around on your ass, blowing snot out your nose, sleeping the hours away and watching TV rather than going out and doing the things that you love, but it needs to be done in order for you to get over the cold. Once the cold has run its course, you can return to doing the things you like doing. There is no magic pill that instantly cures a cold, just like there’s no magic pill that will instantly solve this crisis.
No use in getting pissed off at the cold, you just have to deal with it and let it run its course.
