KeymasterI changed the title for you Bugs. I think the spelling error is excusable given your level-2 partying mood.
As long as I am replying, I am not the least bit bitter. I rent my dream house (well, someone else’s house, but you get the idea) for way less than what it would cost to buy it — a comfortable perch as I watch prices drop and deploy my capital into investments that are actually rising. I guess that makes me a 1 (but subject to move towards more bitterness if they go really nuts with the bailouts).
Love the “mating call” line btw.
