    Hi, Who has the best interest rates on a 30 year fixed jumbo loan? Does anyone know who can perform fast? This was a foreclosure with multiple offers. Thank you to all!

    Bank of America — I have looked all around and Bank of America was the best. for 30 yr fixed Jumbos…San Diego Co. Credit union is also right up there….Stay away from Wells fargo and Chase, at least for the 30 yr fixed.

    just my 2 cents…..would appreciate if anyone has more info…..

    i know…i usually stay away from big faceless banks, but I guess they are just loaning out OUR money so they can afford to give the best rates!
