It would seem to me that it would be FAR more efficient for the banks to HIRE enough people to handle the backlog. With losses like those quoted if they hired one person per property they would come out ahead. As a bonus just think how much better the unemployment numbers would look!

Frankly, individually would help our economy all the way around, provide employment for realtors, too (please no tomato tosses π
