ParticipantI don’t think the 1000 bucks matters much but I would trust fidelity rather then the listing agents entry on the MLS.
Funny that the listing agent bought it at auction. Technically the listing should have been cancelled rather then SOLD but I am just being nitpicky.

ParticipantThe listing agent is one of the most active in Cardiff. he’s also a general contractor who has built, remodelled and flipped homes in CBS for many years. I’d bet dollars to donuts he tirns a nice profit on it. He may already have a buyer for it.
