Been a busy bee, and at this point was just going to wait for the Oct numbers to do an update. What housing drop?
October 22, 2015 at 10:33 AM #790587moneymakerParticipantfrom July to Oct a 3.3% drop which is $16,000 for the average San Diego house. http://www.trulia.com/real_estate/San_Diego-California/market-trends/
Glad you are still checking in!October 22, 2015 at 5:18 PM #790606Rich ToscanoKeymasterI’m not seeing a drop on there? Per the Redfin chart to the lower right, which is a good measure (3 month avg of pr/sqft) it looks like closing prices have risen steadily, though list prices have flattened out a bit. In any case I would expect price weakness going into the end of the year, I don’t think it’s meaningful (if indeed there is price weakness, which so far I haven’t seen).

Me too, although it’s looking like we’re hitting some typical fall slowness after a crazy Summer.
