ParticipantI will be more interested to see this falls vacancy rate.
Just for kicks I’m going to go out on a limb and predict that vacancy rates this fall will be in the 5% range ( + or – 0.5%) and that rental rates will be 2% to 4% higher in the fall survey than they are now.

All I ment by that was that if you look at the chart in the article, there is usually a spring “bounce” in vacancy. If you can think of another reason, or notice that I am reading the chart wrong please let me know. I am not above admitting that I know very little when it all comes down to it.
