Where else can you get Taiwanese breakfast in SD besides Chin's?
SD Chinese food are so-so at best. If you in LA areas, try Monterey Park/Alhambra.
Don't really know.
168 Restaurant use to serve some, but probably Chin's is better.
Chin's quality varies each time I go. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's not.
