    I thinking I need to diversify my portfolio some by buying gold. I’m thinking of physical gold not paper gold (I’m thinking what good is paper gold if all I can exchange it for are worthless dollars). Am I correct in wanting physical gold?

    If so, where is a reputable place I could buy physical gold. If I’m not right in wanting physical gold, why and how do I buy the paper gold?

    Thanks for educating me on gold.

    Thanks esmith. Are there any local (San Diego) places to buy gold? I think I would rather get the gold myself rather than have it shipped.
