Good to know
I will keep this in mind- however, with layoffs in the IT field, I would like to have another 100k buffer besides the down payment. It took me 5 months to find a job after the layoff this year.

Bought a condo near Garnet and the beach when he was still going to bars, less than 6 months later he was complaining about them being loud, drunk, and peeing on his property.

So true, poorgradstudent, this has been going on there since the dawn of time. I had a friend who lived EAST of Ingraham (over 1 mi. from PB) who STILL had problems with runaways loitering on his property and young people trying to change clothes behind his hedge.
