I read a number of different real-estate and finance related sites, but this site is at its best giving a “local” view to global phenomena… discussions of neighborhoods, zip codes, and even individual houses, add to my knowledge of the microclimates in this SD marketplace.
(Shame the posting of individual houses has been sullied by advertisers attempting to turn this into a sales board… but Rich has been great at keeping this from turning into sandiego.craigslist.org/rfs/. [Del Cerro open house, anyone?].)
